Pet Policy — Valken Escapes

At Valken Escapes, we love pets and welcome them as part of our community! Please review our pet policy carefully before bringing your furry family members home.

Pets Allowed: We welcome cats and dogs. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in.

Pet Deposit: No pet deposit required.

Pet Rent: A pet rent of $30.00 per month, per pet, will be added to your monthly rent.

Pet Restrictions: Maximum of 1 pet per unit. Dogs must be 50 lbs or under at full maturity. Certain dog breeds may be restricted — please contact our leasing office for a full list of restricted breeds.

Pet Rules & Responsibilities: All pets must be kept up to date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccinations must be provided to management upon request. Pets must be leashed at all times when in common areas. Pet owners are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste immediately. Pets may not be left unattended in ways that disturb neighbors. Any damages caused by pets will be the financial responsibility of the resident.

By residing at Valken Escapes with a pet, you agree to abide by all pet policy guidelines. Failure to comply may result in lease violations or additional fees.
